Run! Run! Run!


Last year I started jogging every morning and I tried to make it a habit. The routine is yet to form but the good thing is that I ran more than 70% of the days.

Waking up in the morning can be tiring. You know that feeling when you are watching a wonderful dream in wonderland and suddenly the alarm rings and your dream gets disturbed. The worst part is you can't go back to your dream after waking up. I've been trying to keep up this habit since last year and today the result seems good.

It started with short distance of around 0.5 km run and then 0.5 km walk. Then it increased to 0.8 km run and walk and then 1.5 km run and walk. And today, a 3 km run just felt good. A terrific start to a new year. Hopefully more will be achieved in the coming days.
